Sovereign AI

AI on your confidential documents, without sending them anywhere

Search, analyses and an assistant that cites its pages, running on Dicte Send's own dedicated servers in France. No third-party model, no external service, no page leaving.

The dilemma

AI is useful. Sending your documents to a foreign service is not acceptable.

A summary in seconds, a search that understands meaning, a question answered with the page that proves it: your team wants this. Your clients, your counterparties and your professional secrecy forbid the usual price, which is pasting confidential pages into someone else's service.

What the AI does

Read, find, analyse, answer, on our servers

  • Search that understands

Find a clause, a figure or an idea across your library and your rooms, even when the words differ. Scanned pages are read too.

  • Analyses when a document is ready

An executive summary, the key points, the questions a reader will ask, the red flags of a contract, the one-liner of a deck, produced on request or automatically, with the pages they rest on.

  • An assistant for your team

Ask it to find a document, prepare a link, build a room or explain a visit. It acts as you, within your role, and links to everything it mentions. Anything destructive waits for your approval.

  • An assistant for your recipients

When you allow it on a link or a room, recipients ask questions and get answers built only from the pages you gave them, with citations. You see every question.

  • Switches you control

AI on or off per link and per room; each member can opt out; your instance sets the rules.

  • A trail without the text

Every AI action is logged, who, what, when, never the content of your documents.

How it works

From upload to a cited answer

  1. Your document is read

Once rendered, its text is extracted on our servers. Scanned pages are read by a vision model, also on our servers.

  2. It becomes searchable

Members search the library; recipients search a document or a room when you allow it. Results open on the right page.

  3. Analyses run

The analyses your workspace chose run when a document is ready, or when you ask. Results cite pages and are searchable too.

  4. Ask

The assistant answers from your documents and the product itself, with links and citations, and asks before it changes anything.

Seen by the recipient

Ask about this document

In the reader or a room, when you allow it, your recipient asks a question and gets an answer built only from the pages they may open, with citations that jump to the page, and a notice that you can see the conversation.

Where the AI runs, in full

AI models run on Dicte Send's own dedicated servers in France. The text of your documents and the images of their pages are processed there and nowhere else. No model or service is subcontracted: no third-party AI service, no external analytics processor. Your documents never leave dedicated servers in France, operated by a French company, outside the scope of the US CLOUD Act.

Questions about the AI

Is my document sent to a US AI service?

No. AI models run on Dicte Send's own dedicated servers. No model or service is subcontracted, and no page leaves them.

Is the AI on by default for my recipients?

No. The recipient assistant and recipient search are off until you turn them on for a link or a room. Recipients are told that you can see their questions.

What is logged?

Who used the AI, on what and when, and the decisions you took on the assistant's proposals. Never the content of your documents in the audit trail.

Can I switch the AI off?

Yes. Per link, per room, per member, and for the whole instance. Documents are then shared and read exactly as before.

Can the assistant delete or disable something on its own?

No. Any action that changes or removes something waits for your explicit approval, shown with the exact details, and nothing happens until you approve.
