Set an expiry date, or disable the link in one click. A closed link shows nothing, even to someone who already had it.

Require an NDA, as text or as a PDF the recipient reads and signs with their legal name. The signature is recorded against the visit.
What they can take
Allow or forbid downloads. When you allow them, the file leaves stamped with the recipient's details, on screen and in the download.
What they see

Does my recipient need an account?
No. They open the link in a browser, pass the gates you set and read. Nothing to install.
Can I stop a link after I sent it?
Yes. Disable it in one click or give it an expiry date. Once closed, it shows nothing, even to someone who opened it before.
What does the NDA record?
The recipient reads your NDA text or PDF and signs it with a typed legal name; the signature, the time and a hashed address are kept with the visit. Your text and your jurisdiction decide what it binds; Dicte Send gives you the record.
Which file types can I share?
PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and their open-format equivalents, plus audio and video recordings and external links. Pages are rendered so recipients need no software.
What does the watermark show?
The text you choose plus dynamic details such as the recipient's email and the date, on every page on screen and in any download you allow.
