Decide who may open your document, until when and with what proof. Change your mind at any time: the link obeys, the attachment never does.

The problem
It gets forwarded, stored, printed and opened by people you never chose, and you learn nothing about it. A confidential document deserves a door, not an envelope.
What you control
Require an email and a name, send a one-time code to prove the address, add a passcode, allow or block specific emails and domains.
Set an expiry date, or disable the link in one click. A closed link shows nothing, even to someone who already had it.
Require an NDA, as text or as a PDF the recipient reads and signs with their legal name. The signature is recorded against the visit.
Allow or forbid downloads. When you allow them, the file leaves stamped with the recipient's details, on screen and in the download.
A reader in your colours and logo, a welcome message, a link name you choose. Your recipient sees your brand, not ours.
Replace the file and every link you sent serves the new version. Nobody reads an outdated draft.
How it works
Drop a PDF, a Word or PowerPoint file, a spreadsheet, an audio or video recording. Dicte Send prepares it for the reader.
Choose the gates, the NDA, the watermark, the expiry and the download rule. Set them once, reuse them on the next link.
Paste it in your email or your message. You are notified when it is opened, and you can close it whenever you like.
No account, no installation. They pass your gates, read in their own language, and the rules are explained to them before the first page.
Seen by the recipient
Your recipient sees what you ask of them and why: an email, a code, an NDA to sign. Then a reader that works on any device, in their language, with the watermark carrying their name.

Every document you share is stored and served from dedicated servers in France, operated by a French company, outside the scope of the US CLOUD Act. No subcontractor sees it.

No. They open the link in a browser, pass the gates you set and read. Nothing to install.
Yes. Disable it in one click or give it an expiry date. Once closed, it shows nothing, even to someone who opened it before.
The recipient reads your NDA text or PDF and signs it with a typed legal name; the signature, the time and a hashed address are kept with the visit. Your text and your jurisdiction decide what it binds; Dicte Send gives you the record.
