From an empty room to the first visitor

    Name it, add sections, drop in the documents from your library. Reorder by drag and drop.

  2. Set the access rules

    Choose who may enter and with what proof. Turn on the watermark and decide whether downloads are allowed.

  3. Share one link

    Send it to every counterparty. Swap a document without changing the link; everyone sees the current version.

  4. Follow the visits

    See who entered, what they read and for how long. Get notified when it matters, ask the assistant which documents were opened.

Questions about data rooms

Can I reuse a room for another deal?

Yes. Clone it: sections, documents and access rules are copied in one click, and you adjust what changes.

Can counterparties download the documents?

Only if you allow downloads on the room. Each file then leaves with the watermark you set.

Do recipients see each other?

No. Each recipient passes the gate on their own and sees only the room. Their visits are visible to you, never to other recipients.

Can I update a document without resending the link?

Yes. Upload a new version or swap the document; the link stays the same and everyone sees the current file.
